Suitable for 3 couples (6 adults) with a maximum capacity of 12+ adults and 5 additional mini foldaway beds for small adults or children under 120lbs

We are located 28 minutes from Oxford Mississippi, literally a hike in the woods to Sardis Lake, or a short ATV ride with hundreds of miles of trails. If you like hunting, fishing, kayaking, this is the spot for you!
Sardis lake
We have an off-road entrance to Sardis Lake an awesome secluded spot, where you can swim, kayak, ride your ATV or just relax and have fun! Make sure to bring your toys for an awesome adventure!
Cottage layout
This is a tinny cabin that has three beds- 1 queen daybed, 1 full-size trundle bed, and 1 fold-out couch all in one small 418 square-foot space. This cozy cabin can easily accommodate up to six adults, but ideally would only suggest three, as it does not have much privacy. We just upgraded the air conditioning unit and installed a gas fireplace for cozy winter nights.
Bunkhouse layout
This is a cozy cabin that has 9 beds- 6 full-size mattreses on bunk beds with 3 trundle beds, all in one small room. This cozy cabin can easily accommodate up to 12 adults, but ideally would only suggest 9, as it does not have much privacy. We fully renovated this unit, everything is new.
